Thank you for your response. ✨

To learn a little bit more about the clients who I usually work with and how I do therapy, please read below:

I greet you with gentleness and a smile. I primarily work with women moving through the complexities of trauma—childhood, spiritual, sexual, or single incident— or burnout. I also support couples as they learn to soften the unique impact of one partner’s trauma on their connection. Many of my clients also have ADHD and/or tendencies. That being said, whoever you are, whatever you carry, you are welcome here.

My therapy style is relational and encouraging— and grounded in empathy, curiosity, and acceptance. I am a trauma survivor as well as a trauma & resiliency-informed, strengths-based therapist. In addition to the formal trainings listed below, I can also weave in “parts work” and/or faith-based psychotherapy.

Because true healing requires a sense of safety, it’s really important to me that you feel seen and comfortable. Please reach out if you have any questions or if you’d like to set up a free consultation or appointment. I’m really glad you’re here. 🙂

Welcome to my office! I love it so much. And, I hope it will be a sacred place of peace and healing for you, too.
Of course I am not always moving my hands or smiling. However, I tend to be “active” in session, not only listening, but providing psychoeducation and teaching you to practice new patterns (which often involves hand gestures for me) . We will also likely genuinely laugh during moments of sessions.

What a telehealth session with me might look like 🙂
