Thank you for your response. ✨

Who I Support: To learn a little bit more about the clients I usually work with and how I do therapy, please read below:

I greet you with gentleness and a smile. While I work with all forms of trauma, I specialize in supporting adults navigating the living legacy of childhood trauma and burnout.

Many of my clients are high-achievers, and many are also neurodivergent (or notice those tendencies). That being said, whoever you are and whatever you carry, you are welcome here!

My Approach: My therapy style is relational and encouraging—and grounded in empathy, curiosity, and acceptance. I am a trauma survivor as well as a trauma- and resiliency-informed, strengths-based therapist.

In addition to the formal trainings listed below, I often weave in “parts work” and/or faith-based psychotherapy, depending on what feels safest and most supportive for you.

Because true healing requires a sense of safety, it’s really important to me that you feel seen and comfortable with me! Please reach out if you have any questions or if you’d like to set up a free consultation or appointment. I’m really glad you’re here. 🙂

Welcome to my office! I love it so much. And, I hope it will be a sacred place of peace and healing for you, too.
Of course I am not always moving my hands or smiling. However, I tend to be “active” in session, not only listening, but providing psychoeducation and teaching you to practice new patterns (which often involves hand gestures for me) . We will also likely genuinely laugh during moments of sessions.

What a telehealth session with me might look like 🙂
