To learn a little bit more about the clients who I usually work with and how I do therapy, please read below:
I greet you with gentleness and a smile. I primarily work individually with young adult and adult women with issues flowing from trauma, self-worth, and/or postpartum. I also work with couples, families, and parents. (Having said that, all are welcomed here!).
My therapy style is relational and encouraging— and filled with empathy, curiosity, and acceptance. I am a trauma survivor as well as a trauma-informed, strengths based therapist. In addition to the formal trainings listed below, I can also weave in “parts work” and/or faith-based psychotherapy.
I hold hope for you. The therapist/client connection is foundational to your progress and our work together. Please reach out if you have any questions or if you’d like to set up a free consultation or appointment. I’m really glad you’re here.
