To learn a little bit more about the clients I usually work with and how I do therapy, please read below:
I greet you with gentleness and a smile. My practice primarily supports women navigating childhood trauma, neurodivergence, and/or burnout. That being said, whoever you are and whatever you carry, you are welcome here!
My therapy style is relational and encouraging—and grounded in empathy, curiosity, and acceptance. I am a trauma survivor as well as a trauma- and resiliency-informed, strengths-based therapist.
In addition to the formal trainings listed below, I often weave in “parts work” and/or faith-based psychotherapy, depending on what feels safest and most supportive for you.
Because true healing requires a sense of safety, it’s really important to me that you feel seen and comfortable with me! Please reach out if you have any questions or if you’d like to set up a free consultation or appointment. I’m really glad you’re here. 🙂
