I’m so excited about an idea I just learned about…. pronking. I made a video to explain it. Help reduce stress.
While I have not researched pronking extensively, I do know that high levels of stress can harm the body. And, we all experience stress. Whether developmental stress which we naturally experience at different stages of our lives ( e.g. major transitions, leaving parent’s home for the first time, getting married, having a baby, taking care of parents) OR other types of stressors (e.g. work deadlines, financial pressure, interpersonal conflict, natural disaster, feeling inadequate, or anything that emotionally causes us pain), we all experience stress. I also know that, personally, pronking–and other forms of high physical activity–is a great way to relieve stress.
Hope this gives you ideas about how to relieve stress, or at least makes you laugh–because laughing has a lot of great benefits, too. Sending you love and a big smile and encouragement to pronk.
