Whatever you are noticing inside you and outside you right now, may our hearts… be encouraged!
If you’re up for a little experiment, try placing one hand on your heart and the other on your belly. Let them rest there for a couple seconds, then switch. Which one feels better? Do you notice any sensations coming from your heart? If so, are they pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral? If the sensations are pleasant or neutral, I invite you to try this again whenever you’d like. (And, if it’s unpleasant for you, that just means to try something else!*)
However our experience is right now in this moment, may we also viscerally notice that our hearts are beating. May our hearts find spaciousness to be encouraged.
